Mould and toolmaking
The mould decides the quality, speed and cost of every part it makes. We design and build our moulds in our own toolroom, so we control that decision from start to finish.
Lead times you can plan around
No queue at an outside toolmaker. Our schedule is the schedule.
Changes without delay
When a part needs adjusting after first samples, the modification happens on our own machines.
Maintenance and repair
Tools in production are maintained by the people who built them, which keeps them running longer.
From design to first parts
Mould design
The part model is developed into a full mould design, including cavity layout, gating, cooling and ejection.
CAM programming
Machining paths are programmed directly from the 3D model.
CNC machining
Cavities, cores and components are machined in our toolroom.
Fitting and finishing
The tool is assembled, fitted and finished by our toolmakers.
Trial and approval
First samples are moulded and checked, and the tool is adjusted until the parts are right.
Jigs and fixtures
Alongside moulds, we design and manufacture the jigs and fixtures used to assemble, check or hold parts during production.
